YUKI
11/15/06 From his new mom: "
Yuki was a perfect little dog on the plane and our two neighbors loved having him sit on their laps and complemented on how well behaved he was. The flight was wonderful.
Yuki loved Kathleen right away and his beautiful new home.
The view of the Bay from the balcony is gorgeous, but the weather did not cooperate, so Kathleen will send us some.
Yuki just knew he was going to be Ron's companion everywhere he goes.
Kathleen's little girl of 9, Leandra, just loved training Yuki, and saw that he is really smart.
Yuki loved to ride in the SUV.
Everyone loved Yuki's Papillon ears that just pop up.
Ron and Yuki made a perfect team. Yuki is starting his special training with a reviewer that will oversea he gets his Delta Society Therapy Dog Certification. We can't wait to hear how he is doing. Leandra will write us.
Yuki was so perfectly behaved and doesn't beg at the table.
YUKIKO "YUKI" is a 5 yr one owner who bought him from a breeder at 12 weeks old Shih Tzu/Yorkshire Terrier that is loving with people, dogs, cats, housetrained, trained little lover. I gave him a bath and his coat became so soft. He just sat calmly and lovingly trusting me to bath and blow dry and brush him. He has the best temperament. He loves the other dogs, he learned "kennel" to sleep in his crate, and "outside" to run out to backyard to potty, and he is so sweet.

Update from Foster Mom: (Thanks Donna) "My little 'Baby', MAltese Puppy,
waits for Yuki to show up for their next wrestling match.
She doesn't belong to me at all, she belongs to Yuki. They play and wrestle and
joust endlessly like you wouldn't believe. He is her big brother, whom she
follows everywhere and whom she believes hung the moon. The ONLY reason she
will want to be on the sofa with me is if he is already up there.
As for Yuki, he is the most adorable, sweet, lovable little guy you've ever
known. He has won my heart for spunkiness and cuteness and bottom line
adorableness. He will cuddle with me when she won't. He wants and needs me,
when she doesn't. Though she sure needs him. :-) I figure it's the perfect,
symbiotic family relationship, no? Yuki has won my heart for downright
loveableness. I'm a sucker for the ones who need me and respond to me."
We hope to get lots of pictures and reports on Ron and Yuki, Leandra and Kathleen (and the kitties).
From his foster mom: thanks Donna: "SO glad to hear that Yuki is settled and loved in his forever home"
